The following experimental YouTube Premium features are actively being tested:

● Jump Ahead, YouTube's AI-powered tool for making it easy to skip directly to the most popular portion of a given video, can now be tested on the web
● A new 256kbps audio quality mode, which provides an enhanced video streaming bitrate
● The ability to allow YouTube to automatically download a selection of Shorts for offline consumption at a later date
● The option for iPhone users to view Shorts content in picture-in-picture mode
● Support for additional playback speed options via the mobile YouTube app, with a new 4x option now available to select from

• According to new code strings in the latest YouTube beta app, YouTube may soon let users adjust audio quality separately from video quality, offering options like Auto, Normal, and High.
• The feature appears to be exclusive to YouTube Premium subscribers and may not be available for all videos.
• Higher audio quality settings may also consume more data.

This is only happening to premium accounts according to youtube after paying for premium. I am using Vanced from now on.

What do you mean.. When you click on that compass icon next to the "All" tab you get that menu screen.. This is the normal behavior of the YouTube app irrespective of the account status..

This is happening to some accounts. YouTube already found the issue.

I am never gonna forgive youtube for this. I logged in to watch YouTube on TV. Someone on my family watched some South Indian movie and listened to some old songs while being logged in using my account. My whole algorithm is ruined.
