Telecom service provider Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has introduced a new feature to enhance customer experience. The company has officially launched its WhatsApp Chatbot service to let users book a new connection, pay bills online, book complaints, check transaction history, and more.
“Introducing the BSNL Chatbot – your sophisticated Bharat Fiber virtual assistant! Get all your queries resolved with just a simple WhatsApp message to 18004444 and effortlessly access a one-stop solution for all your enquiries,” BSNL Tamil Nadu posted on X (formerly Twitter).
To start a conversation with the WhatsApp chatbot, customers can type Hi and send it to 18004444 or click this link: https://wa.me/18004444. Users can then type their queries related to BSNL services, and the chatbot will answer. Customers can use the chatbot to book a new connection, pay landline or FTTH bills online, view invoices and usage, download bills in PDF format, change existing plans, lodge complaints, and check complaint status.
With the introduction of the WhatsApp chatbot service, BSNL users can enjoy an enhanced and convenient customer service experience. BSNL is also working on upgrading its network and infrastructure to provide 4G and 5G services across the country in the near future.
