Jio AirFiber available in 262 cities

One of the leading telecom service providers, Reliance Jio, recently expanded its Jio AirFiber services to 115 cities in the country. Now, the service is available in 262 cities. Jio AirFiber is a wireless internet service that offers broadband-like high-speed connectivity using the 5G technology. Initially, the company launched the Jio AirFiber services in September 2023 in eight metro cities in India, including Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Pune.

Jio AirFiber plans

Reliance Jio AirFiber plans start at Rs. 599 and offer access to high-speed wireless internet, 14 OTT app subscriptions, and over 550 live TV channels. Here are all the plan details:

Availability

Reliance Jio AirFiber service is available in 262 cities in India. Users can check the availability of Jio AirFiber in their location by visiting the Jio AirFiber website and checking their city’s name. Alternatively, users can visit their nearest Jio Store to inquire about the service and book a new Jio AirFiber connection. Customers will get a Wi-Fi router, a 4K Smart set-top box, and a voice-active remote at no extra cost. Jio AirFiber is expected to be available in all major cities in India by the end of this year.

2499 and 3999 must be area specific
as this may be based on mmwave antenna enabled towers
otherwise niether 700mhz nor 3.5ghz able to give such results

All Tier-1 cities again. Where there's already 100% Fiber penetration as well as multiple options to choose from. Really sad for people who "actually" need this type of service.
