BSNL had earlier launched the Work at Home standalone BB plan on 19th March with 1-month validity. The standalone BB plan offers 10 Mbps till 5 GB/day, followed by 1 Mbps speed. The plan is available for all circles including Andaman and Nicobar circle.
The download and upload limit on the plan is unlimited with 1 free email ID provided which has a space of 1 GB. Free calls and additional facilities will be available as per the existing landline plan.
The Work at Home plan is available only to existing BSNL landline customers who do not have a broadband connection. However, a new customer can opt for the plan after activation of any regular landline plan. BSNL’s standalone Work at Home BB plan was only for a promotional period of one month which would have lapsed on 19th April. However, the extension in lockdown seems to have resulted in the extension of the promotional plan as well.
