Vi (Vodafone Idea) is working on enabling MyAccount login section on its MyVi website shortly. The company on its website said that the login section would be available soon to its users. Vi is currently soliciting the opinion of its customers as to what features would be the most important for them to see in the MyAccount login section.
The feature that can be requested include tracking of active pack/plans & services, details of the bill/recharge history, downloading invoices of past transactions, and tracking service requests apart from other things. The form appears as a screen popup while accessing MyVi.in.
The creative on the MyVi website reads, “My Account login section will be available soon. Tell us what feature is most important for you to see.”
Vi’s website currently doesn’t offer the MyAccount login section with Vi customers needing to download the Vi app to manage their account and services. Recharge, Bill Payment, Account Details, Payment History, Data/Call/Voice Usage details among other features are available on the Vi™ App.
