The company has integrated its VIC ChatBot with Google Business Messages on a smartphone to provide real-time customer service to all Vi users round the clock. The AI-powered VIC enabled with a LIVE agent connect for assisted services is extended to Google Business Messages also.

Vi users searching for Vi or Vi Stores on Google Search or Google Maps can find ‘Chat’ or ‘Message a Live Agent’ button against search results through which they can interact with the virtual agent to get their queries answered instantly.
