Vodafone Idea Limited recently introduced a new service for its customers enabling them to conveniently pay bills and do recharges anywhere anytime. Vi customers can now opt for seamless payments and recharges on the spot through VIL’s AI powered Virtual Agent VIC on WhatsApp and also its Digital Assets.
The personalised digital payments service works across all payments gateways and UPI for prepaid and postpaid customers. Vi prepaid customers can recharge with any prepaid pack in just two instant clicks from the Virtual Agent VIC including WhatsApp.
One can authenticate their numbers with Virtual Agent VIC in WhatsApp post which they need to either opt for doing a recharge or pay their bill. After clicking relevant option, the VIC on WhatsApp will redirect you to the payment gateway wherein you can complete the transaction. Vi users will recieve a link via SMS to make their payments and recharges using VIC.
The new initiative will help Vi users in simpler, faster, and personalized user experience on digital payments. Vi’s Service ChatBot VIC on WhatsApp supports a range of service requirements including bill payments, recharges, VAS, plan activation, new connection, data balance, bill requests and much more.
