SonyLIV offers annual subscription at Rs 700 through UPI

Sony Pictures Network India’s (SPN) Over the Top (OTT) platform SonyLIV has rolled out yet another discount offer on its annual subscription days after its Independence weekend offer expired. SonyLIV is now offering its annual subscription at Rs 700 per year provided customers pay only through UPI.

While SonyLIV offered a 25% discount on the occasion of Independence Day it has now further increased the discount this time. SonyLIV’s annual subscription that costs Rs 999 per year can be availed at Rs 700 per year if one pays through UPI with an effective discount of 30%.

Users can use ‘UPI’ code to get an instant discount of 30% on SonyLIV annual subscription with Sony also offering Rs 1000 AJIO.com vouchers along with the subscription.

SonyLIV had recently revised its subscription packages increasing the cost of its annual subscription to Rs 999 from Rs 499 while monthly and semi-annual packages also saw a considerable hike. The increased rates don’t seem to have attracted much interest from customers leading to the discounted offers from SonyLIV.
