Samsung Galaxy smartphones and tablets already come preinstalled with Samsung Internet as the default browser. Now, the company has introduced its Internet browser for Windows PCs as well. The browser is available to download through Microsoft Store and supports Windows 10 and above operating system.
Samsung Internet browser or Windows is based on the Chromium project and supports extensions from third-party sources, including Chrome Web Store and Microsoft Edge Addons. Users can also sign in with their Samsung account to sync their browsing history, bookmarks, and more across devices.
Moreover, Windows users will get the option to import their browsing data from other browsers, such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Firefox, to Samsung Internet. Further, The browser has a similar design to the Android version, and users can also easily switch between light and dark themes.
Users can download and install the Samsung Internet browser for Windows via the Microsoft Store. Unlike Samsung Notes, which supports only Samsung laptops, users can install Samsung Internet on any Windows devices running Windows 11 or Windows 10 operating system.
