Realme Book Slim with 14-inch 2K IPS display, 11th Gen Intel Core processors launched in India

Realme on Wednesday has launched the Realme Book Slim in India. The laptop comes pre-installed with Windows 10 Home OS and Microsoft office 2019 Home & Student suite. It also features a PC Connect application that allows users to connect and access their Realme smartphone’s screen and apps on the Realme Book. The laptop includes two Harman speakers and two microphones with Vocplus AI Noise cancellation algorithm. It comes with a 720p built-in camera and a fingerprint sensor on the power button.

Realme Book Slim specifications

The Realme Book Slim features a 14-inch 2K (2160 × 1440 pixels) IPS display with a 3:2 aspect ratio, 100 percent sRGB color gamut, and peak brightness of up to 400 nits. Under the hood, the laptop has an 11th Gen Intel Core i3-1115G4 Processor paired with Intel UHD graphics, 8GB 3733MHz LPDDR4x RAM, and 256GB of PCIe SSD Storage. The notebook also comes with an 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7 Processor paired with Intel Iris Xe graphics, 8GB 4266MHz LPDDR4x RAM, and 512GB of PCIe SSD storage.

Connectivity options on the Intel Core i3 variant include dual-band Wi-Fi a/b/g/n/Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth version 5.1, USB Type-C 3.2 Gen 2 port, a USB Type-A 3.1 Gen 1 port, a 3.5mm headphone, and a microphone Jack. On the other hand, the Intel Core i5 variant includes dual-band Wi-Fi a/b/g/n/Wi-Fi 5/WI-FI 6, Bluetooth version 5.2, a Thunderbolt 4 port, a USB Type-C 3.2 Gen 2 port, a USB Type-A 3.1 Gen 1 port, 3.5mm headphone and microphone Jack.

The Realme Book Slim comes with a 54Wh battery that is touted to deliver up to 11 hours of Full-HD video playback on a single charge. It supports 65W PD Super-Fast Charge technology that can charge the battery up to 50 percent in just 30 minutes. The laptop adaptor also supports 30W Dart Charge and can charge other compatible devices, including the Realme smartphone.

Lastly, the Realme Book Slim measures 307.21 x 228.96 x 14.9 mm (thickest point: 15.5mm) and weighs 1.38 kilograms.

Pricing and availability

Realme Book Slim Intel Core i3 variant with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage is priced at Rs. 46,999, while the Intel Core i5 variant with 8GB RAM and 512GB storage costs Rs. 59,999. Realme is offering the Core i3 variant for Rs. 44,999 and the Core i5 variant for Rs. 56,999 as an introductory offer. It comes in Real Grey and Real Blue color option. Realme Book will be available to purchase via Realme.com, Flipkart, and all leading retail stores in India starting August 30, 2021.
