Poco M4 5G has been launched in India at a starting price of Rs. 12,999 with some additional discounts on card payments. It is a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 11E having identical design and specifications.
The Poco M4 5G carries a 6.58-inch FHD+ IPS LCD screen with 1,080×2,400 pixels resolution, a 90Hz refresh rate, up to 600nits brightness, a 1500:1 contrast ratio, 240Hz touch sampling rate and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It is IP52 rated for dust and water resistance.
Under the hood, the device has up to 6GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB of onboard storage that is expandable up to 512GB via a microSD card. It is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC with Mali-G57 MC2 GPU.
It has a dual rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel primary sensor (f/1.8 aperture), a 2-megapixel portrait camera (f/2.4 lens) and an LED flash. There is an 8-megapixel sensor with an f/2.45 lens on the front for selfies and video calling.
The device is fueled by a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. It runs on Android 12 based MIUI 13 custom skin and is equipped with an IR blaster and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. Connectivity features include seven 5G bands, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, and USB Type-C port.
Pricing and Availability
The Poco M4 5G comes with a price tag of Rs. 12,999 for the base 4GB RAM + 64GB variant while the 6GB of RAM and 128GB model will be sold for Rs. 14,999. SBI cardholders can get an instant discount of Rs. 2,000 while making the payment for this device. It will be available in Cool Blue, Power Black, and Yellow colour options with the first sale scheduled for May 5 at noon through Flipkart.
