JioFiber introduces Rs 399 unlimited plan, Netflix set to onboard

Reliance Jio today announced the revamp of JioFiber tariff plans to offer extreme affordability during these challenging times. JioFiber tariff plans will now offer truly unlimited (CUP 3300 GB) plans with symmetric speed starting at as low as Rs 399 per month. Jio has also teased the onboarding of Netflix onto JioFiber with Netflix featuring among the 12 paid OTT apps which will be available to those on the Rs 1499 unlimited plan.

JioFiber’s Rs 399 unlimited plan will offer truly unlimited internet at 30 Mbps and unlimited voice calling for one month. While the Rs 699 unlimited plan will offer the same benefits at 100 Mbps. Both of these plans won’t offer any OTT app subscriptions.

JioFiber has also introduced Rs 999 unlimited plan which will offer truly unlimited internet at 150 Mbps speed and unlimited voice calling for one month. The plan offers access to 11 paid OTT apps (excluding Netflix) worth Rs 1000.

JioFiber’s Rs 1499 unlimited plan will offer truly unlimited internet at 300 Mbps speed and unlimited voice calling for one month. This plan will offer access to 12 paid OTT apps worth Rs 1500 including Netflix.

Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+ Hotstar, JioCinema, ZEE5, SonyLIV, Voot, Alt Balaji, SunNXT, ShemarooMe, Lionsgate Play, and Hoichoi are the OTT apps currently available as part of the Rs 1499 plan.

JioFiber has rolled out a no condition 30-day free trial wherein customers can try JioFiber for 30 days with 150 Mbps truly unlimited internet, 4K set-top box with access to the top 10 paid OTT apps (except for Netflix and Amazon prime video) at no cost, and free voice calling. The free trial will be available to all new customers with Jio taking back the service if the customer doesn’t like it (no questions asked). The revamped tariff rolls out starting tomorrow with those onboarded between 15th and 31st August also getting the 30 day free trial as a voucher in MyJio.

JioFiber is also set to upgrade the existing JioFiber tariff plans to match the benefits of the new tariff plans as a reward for loyalty of current customers.

  1. Just don’t go by the advertisement. I had paid money for Jio Fibre but they have not fixed the connection. Called thier customer care many times but no use. In fact there is no ownership after taking the money from their sales executive. They are doing a day light robbery. Just don’t by trapped by thier fancy advertisement.
