Infinix Note 12i 2022 with MediaTek Helio G85 SoC, 5000mAh battery launched in India

Infinix has launched the Note 12i 2022 smartphone in India. The phone features a 6.7-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display, MediaTek Helio G85 SoC, 5000mAh battery, 4GB LPPDDR4x RAM, and runs on the Android 12 operating system with XOS 12 customization on top. Further, it also comes with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for biometric authentication.

The Infinix Note 12i 2022 features a 6.7-inch full-HD+ (2400 × 1080 pixels) AMOLED display with a 20:9 aspect ratio, a 180Hz touch sampling rate, and up to 1000 nits of brightness. The phone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G85 (12nm) chipset paired with ARM Mali-G52 MC2 GPU, 4GB of LPPDDR4x RAM, and 64GB of eMMC onboard storage. It also supports a microSD card of up to 512GB for expandable storage.

In terms of optics, the Infinix Note 12i 2022 sports a triple rear camera setup of a 50-megapixel primary sensor with f/1.6 aperture, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a QVGA AI camera. For taking selfies and making video calls, the phone has an 8-megapixel sensor on the front housed in a waterdrop notch display. The phone packs a non-removable 5000mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging technology.

Connectivity options include dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth version 5, GPS/ GLONASS, dual 4G VoLTE, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB Type-C 2.0 port for charging and OTG. Sensors include an accelerometer, gyroscope, proximity, magnetometer, and a side-mounted fingerprint reader. Lastly, the phone measures 164.43 x 76.6 x 8.03mm and weighs 188 grams.

The Infinix Note 12i 2022 is priced at Rs. 9,999 for the sole 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variant. It comes in Force Black and Metaverse Blue color options and will be available to purchase via Flipkart starting January 30, 2023.
