Google keeps testing its search results page with new features to curb misinformation and provide the users with a better search experience. Now, the search giant is testing a new feature that displays the search results on the news tab with headings, making it easier to discover relevant news articles.

Based on the keywords, the Google search news tab results are categorized by headlines, top stories, also in the news, etc. For now, these enhanced search results are only available only on the desktop version of the Google search news tab and does not show on the mobile view. However, it is expected to be available soon on the mobile version.

The enhanced search results on the news tab are also limited to the keywords. Some keywords will display regular search results on the news tab, while some keywords will show the enhanced search results on the Google search news tab with headlines followed by the featured articles carousel.
