Lol, i am Airtel user and i will be happy to pay twice to airtel than jio . Jio have worst internet speed. Also network is so inconsistent that many of my friend complaint about jio . I had used jio for week after that I never tried to insert jio sim into my mobile

I don't understand what is there to laugh about it. Congestion is a very serious problem in Jio. If you are getting good speed doesn't mean everyone else gets it. Enjoy while you get it as the amount of spectrum is the same and they are adding users at a rapid pace.

Can we only recharge with cricket pack ?

Yes, you can use 2 gb daily data without base plan but you can't make calls or send sms using this plan. I mostly use this plan.
