Haven't faced any downtime or issues yet. A couple of months left for completing 1 year.
If you have a Jio sim, use it for your work for a few days. With that, you should get an idea about how your experience in AirFiber will be. If you are happy with it, you can opt for AirFiber.
 
I'm using Jio air fiber since last 3 months and I'm frustrated with their services.

For 2 months I hardly able to use internet and TV set top box.
I had raised multiple tickets but their engineers couldn't able to fix the issues. They spent hours at my home but no luck.
After 2 months they replaced router with new one with latest firmware. It fixed most of the issues but I'm still facing issue with the speed and reliability. Net is down for hours everyday. So I took backup local ISP internet.

Even VPN also still not working on Jio. I'm using Cisco VPN because my company is using it.

I recommend new customers if they plan to install Jio air fiber is to first atleast thorough test for 1 day before paying and committing and plan.

I'm now stuck to use their pathetic services as I paid for 12 months plan. And they are not refunding even for remaining 9 months.

Not expected this kind of services from Jio.
I'm from Chennai.
These jio fellows are fraud and playing the fool with the customers.
I'm often having problem with my jio fiber router getting disconnected.
Now also it's not working only.

These guys are rescheduling my appointment and not fixing it properly at all.

The service engineer Anand is a guy who just do the work for the namesake and play with the customer.
He will not at all do his work properly.
Fed up of this jio.

All this Mukesh Ambani and all is good for nothing.
 
This is the first time we exhausted the 1000 GB data. Speed is super slow now. Initially I thought it was a network issue. Luckily, plan renews at midnight.

I bought new jio air fiber connection and it showing 96gb data balance
1sth question - I know it will set to 1000gb after it reaches the first billing cycle but what happens if we consume that 96gb ?
2nd question - when I connect to TV , it consuming more data ( 1.90gb in every 10 minutes) 🙁 , TV settings 1080p 60hz . It will consume 11.2 gb in one hour .

It will become slow most likely. Only my guess.

It shouldn't consume that much. Maybe since it's new, apps and services are updating in the background.

Update : i changed HDMI resolution to 720p and watched 2 movies on hotstar and it consumed below 8 gb
