Don't go for we it's ridiculous, not reliable if any issue happen they will back out won't help you, they can vanish from market anytime like aircel without any notice, talking as per personal experience BSNL is way better than we, but both are not reliable, go for jio or airtel whichever has better covreage in your area don't waste time on we you'll regret it bro.
I was in Jio from the day i got SIM by standing in queue infront of Reliance Digital and used it for years. During Covid, managed my complete wfh through Jio 4g mobile Hotspot. Also when 5g was launched, took its maximum benefits with high speed internet from 2022

. But over a period of time, quality started dropping off with frequent switching between 4g and 5g, reduced speed etc. But in my current location, network signal itself as problem and forcefully I need to hunt for other operators services.

What about Airtel at your place?3-40C is not stable?

Airtel 2g is very good.
Airtel 4g/5g indoor issue, but will get 350+mbps speed when it connects to 5g at a very specific part of my home.
4g also network issue, but compared to all other operators its more reliable. Yesterday I just raised network complaint and immediately RSSI got increased and started connecting to 900MHz frequency within a minute and signal bar increased from 1 to 3 bars. Not sure it's temporary or permanent fix, since my ticket is open and assigned to an agent, being a black customer.

BSNL I had much hopes because of 700Mhz frequency for indoor. But it didn't work well as tower itself is too far or worst optimization. Need to check on 5G, but again the bandwidth which is allocated is not sufficient to serve large traffic and high speed, so no hopes.

Near my home VI store is present, hopefully if that also gives issue, they might resolve the complaint promptly.

1+3+8 speed means
3CA on band 1+band 3+band 8. Most of the Realme/Motorola/OnePlus/Poco phones support this kind of carrier aggregation.

Following is 4CA on Vi network(Maharashtra circle). I don't know whether Airtel has activated in your circle of not. Airtel has activated 1-3-40/3-40C/40C everywhere across India after 2021 auctions where they added band 40 extra carrier.
