Karbonn has added a new smartphone to its Quattro series, called the Karbonn Quattro L55 HD . The price and the availability of the smartphone are not known yet. After the Karbonn Aura and Aura Power , the Quattro L55 HD is the third smartphone in the companies’ smartphones line-up to feature VoLTE feature.

The smartphone features a 5.5-inch HD IPS display. The smartphone runs a 1.3GHz quad-core processor paired with 2GB of RAM. Also on offer is 16GB internal storage which can be further expandable to 32GB via microSD card.

On the camera front the smartphone sports a 13-megapixel rear camera with auto focus and flash and a 5-megapixel front camera. The smartphone is equipped with 2,700mAh battery which the company claims is good enough to give 130 hours of standby time and 9 hours of talktime. Apart from 4G and VoLTE support, connectivity options include Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, micro-USB. On the software front the smartphone runs Android 5.1 Lollipop.
Looking at the specifications, the Karbonn Quattro L55 HD seems to be a budget smartphone. While the main feature of the smartphone is the VoLTE support, the smartphone face tough competition from the likes of Reliance Digital LYF Water 6 , Intex Aqua Power 4G and Lava X46 .
