First of all, we Tamil people didn't throw shoe on playing ground(not on players), some political party done that for political advantage.
Secondly, you guys in rest of India speaking about this issue only after we boycotted ipl.
And more than money, water is much needed thing for human,for farming and drinking.defence,ipl are not even close to farming that you know I think.
Now we Tamilan get attention all over the world by #GoBackModi hastag.this will put pressure the centre, we think.
All we need is cauvery management board, after that you will see how much respect we give to ipl that you have already seen in past years I think.
