I recharged 118/- and Got free bsnl tunes for28 days along with other freebies.
I tried to set tune but none of them working.

Sorry, I am not a BSNL user. Based on the reviews I've seen on play store I suggest you contact customer care.

tried calling 56700, call disconnected within second
tried App, showing temporary server issue
tried website, OTP not coming for verification
tried SMS, got reply" You are not authorized to use this service. we apologize the inconvenience"
