And also some of the budget 4g phones have 4g connectivity only in Sim 1.
And locking the phone using IMEI not possible for them without our consent.
Our IMEI number is visible to the operator of which sim we uses.
In Jio outgoing calls absolutely free & like other operators incoming also free (even in roaming).

Yes because some mobile phone will support 4g/3g in sim slot one only.

That's the reason why cc suggests us to put the data sim in sim slot 1 for better speed. But now days many phones comes with dual 4G option..
