Partly you are right. Our IMEI number can be seen by the operators if we use their sim..

What would be loss in keeping jio sim after 31/12/2016 if they such good plan a foolish only can throw the sim :rofl

Jio is here with long term and big plans.
Who can even imagine charging incoming calls?
Phones are set to use data with first sim by default.
That is why companies ask to insert the sim in first slot.
I am using Jio sim in second slot and using data also with it.
