Btw guys, MTNL setup a new DSLAM node outside my building.. So, now I have moved to higher speed plan. They are offering very good plans now.
My plan is 8 Mbps up to 55 GB & 1 Mbps unlimited. It is a combo plan (landline plus broadband) of Rs.1000 (No free calls though).
Also I am getting speed what they have told.. 8Mbps in speed test. Download fluctuates between 900-1050kBps.
So my minimum fixed bill will be 1000+15%tax.
What do you think, is it a good plan..

MyHome is for broadband customers bro.. You can bundle postpaid and dth accounts.
I am on 1549 plan, 8Mbps.
Date breakup:
30 GB: My Home
2 GB: Surprise
100 GB: In Plan
100 GB: Additional data offer @ Rs.49 with unlimited calling.

Very good plan bro.. as long as you are getting stable speed.

The DSLAM node is just outside my building (it is almost same as a telephone exchange next to my building), so I'm getting the maximum possible signal with the highest possible attainable rate on ADSL2+ i.e. 24Mbps.
The speed has been constant & 99.9% times, it won't go down due to the same reason.
(Also, my past experience with the 2Mbps plan).
