I feel cheated.

For plus members the discount was just Rs 2000 and now today it's Rs 3500

Any way I can escalate the issue? I could have got extra 20W fast charger of Rs 1500

Customer support team can not help in modifying an already done order in e-commerce sites - mainly in Flipkart/Amazon.

To get additional discount you need to cancel the previous order and place a fresh one. Even they suggest doing it.
