My suggestion will be not to buy at midnight. Instead wait an hour or two, or buy in morning. Because the servers are usually on heavy load during midnight. Your money might get deducted, but payment might fail. Then you'll have to wait for refund.

I have personally witnessed it last year. Also high chances of being out of stock

If I add the desired product in the cart now before the sale starts, will the cart get auto updated as of 12 am with new price or do I have to go on the product page and click "Buy Now". Which is a better and a faster option ?

Click on Buy now after sale starts at 12:00 am is better with proper card discounts.

I don't see any offers yet. Infact currently it is out of stock on both Amazon & Flipkart.

They have stopped selling s23+ I think, even on samsung store it isn't available

Everything else is usually the same for at least 2 to 3 days.

Yeah. Seems like it.
Most probably due to low sale. Who in their right might would pay 20k extra for a bigger display. Even Apple charges 10k extra for Plus.
The last time a plus variant was on sale was S22+ for 50k in 2022 BBD Sale.
