Facing high Ping issues from today on JioFiber

I am on 150Mpbs plan from yesterday facing high ping issues, Jio has no idea what to do. Visited technician saying I am getting good speed and telling dont see pings in speed test.

One question, has this issue started occuring after your free trial plan was expired and you opted for the paid plan?

My experience has been great so far. Almost two months now and zero disconnections. More than promised speed always.

Jio Fiber has Ping issues, but 108 ping on the Fiber connection is really high. AFAIK, nothing can be done, Jio has to acknowledge the issue and fix it, a technician visit won't solve that. If you play online competitive games, you might want to switch to a better alternative.

Btw, I did speed test to check ping, here's the result

Yesterday they have replaced the modem with a new one. I dont know Why

Still my ping is 16 constant.

Before that I usually get 3 to 5. But now its 16

Can you post some speed tests. I've never seen anyone getting higher speeds than promised on JioFiber.

Bro r u abel to see Star Network channels in Jio Fiber ?

It should be automatically fixed. Two months back I also faced for 10 days but after that, it got automatically solved. It does not affect regular browsing or downloading, It just feels a little laggy due to bad routing.
