I said because ACT and Excitel had equity infusion from lots of big parties like Macquarie group since last six months. These groups aren't interested in putting money in Jio and Airtel anymore.
 
Airtel apna optical fiber expand kab karega. Salesman ko pucho vo bolta h municipality permission nhi de rahi underground wiring ki

T: When will Airtel expand its optical fiber? I asked the salesman and he says the municipality is not giving permission for underground wiring

LCO city depend on LCO.

I can give you some idea why Airtel is finding it hard to enter some areas.

While Jio manage their expansion and infrastructure by their own people, Airtel is dependent on LCOs (local cable operators) for their last mile connectivity.

Though this article is old, but it should give you idea what I am talking about: Airtel to expand home broadband through LCO model over the next 6 to 12 months: Gopal Vittal

They are doing this since year 2020 to avoid cable...

But Faridabad metro city mein aata hain. Metro city mein Airtel LCO pe depend nhi hota

T: But Faridabad is a metro city. Airtel does not depend on LCO in metro cities.

They have to depends on LCOs due to no Muncipal Govt. approvals for underground cabling
 
I don't know its related or not but from the past 2 weeks airtel ground team is laying fibre cable in my locality working day n night
