Expecting Star4k available on official launch day of iptv before IPL
Official launch means? Still it's not launch or you mean to say it's in testing or soft launch once they launch pan India then they will make star4k available on IPTV.

Still iptv not launched for some cities, Delhi, Pune etc, so official launch may happen soon.

Is Star Sports HD 50fps on Airtel IPTV like DTH? I don't how anyone can watch Star 4K. Its absolutely horrible with oversaturated colors. Cricket on Star Sports 1 HD >>>>>>>> Star Sports 2 >>> Star 4K

From Airtel website:
But ultimately Airtel Fiber (optical fiber) customers are the most beneficial from unlimited data because FUP is 3333GB on it and speed is also way more stable with lower latency (pings).
