From what I read, it will work on any WiFi. Jio has also come up with Vo-WiFi service. The issue is that only some top-end phones like One Plus, iPhone etc support this for now.

I got below message for one of my backup Airtel number in Hyderabad however I don't have Airtel broadband so Vowifi sign is not appearing on Poco F1, I also tried to enable hotspot of another Airtel number but still sign didn't appear.
