Actually, not true. Kerala not yet enabled. And neither Coimbatore...

Device firmware update is necessary because if not, I should see the option on my older phones too (specifically RN5, because ik Xiaomi wont update RN3)
 
This is the reply I got from Airtel Twitter Customer Care about voWiFi in Delhi NCR

Hi! Please be informed that this offer is not available for you as of now in prepaid. However, I'll pass it along to my team, and we'll surely take it into consideration moving forward. Thank you, Girisha

It will work only on Airtel Internet , other ISPs not supported
Edit: it’s working on all the ISP wifi

Users of ACT have tweeted that they are able to see vowifi option for their Airtel numbers. I shall forward the tweet once I find it. However only few ISP support is there for airtel, jio on the other hand supports only JIO broadband.

Not really, it is already working on some ISPs and since it is in beta phase, there is such limitations which will be resolved in final roll outs.
 
From what I read, it will work on any WiFi. Jio has also come up with Vo-WiFi service. The issue is that only some top-end phones like One Plus, iPhone etc support this for now.
