Started getting Vowifi symbol from today on Jio and Airtel both, device is Poco F1, act fiber and location is Hyderabad.

Ditto. Not getting on Jio as well as Airtel on OnePlus 7T in Bangalore as well as Kerala... Plus don't see wifi calling setting on my jio sim. Do you get it?

Jio has sent a press release saying that it will be activated on a pan India scale between 7th and 16th of Jan with support for over 150 handset models so let's wait for it.
