Error when switching from prepaid to postpaid

I have purchased a family pack postpaid plan
though I converted my primary no to postpaid

but when I tried doing the same for my other prepaid no it gave error as such Migration not supported.
send them email multiple times got no response whatsoever.
their customer care bot is entirely useless and waste of time

Any help from anyone of you will be greatly appreciated.

Phone's battery drains very fast

I use Samsung A30 which I purchased in July 2019. I still wonder why my phone's battery drains so fast. At 11:05 am, it was around 81%. Now (at 14:43), it is now just 47%. I have disabled battery usage of all apps in my setting but still it happens.

I have to charge my phone 2 times a day. I start charging at 26-27% and stop at 82-87%. Once my battery charge percent goes below 26-25%, it drastically reduces to 0.

How can we drive without getting caught by traffic police?

We are going to buy a car soon. It is my brother who will obtain driving license first. He learnt driving under some instructor for 10 days, I don't know how much he had learnt. I heard that we cannot drive car without license. If we get caught driving without licence, there is heavy fine and car gets nabbed by police.

Tell me, how can we obtain driving license if we don't practice driving on roads? How the hell can we pass driving test without practicing driving on roads? If we practice, then only we can pass the test. If we pass the test, then only we can get license.

My brother wants to drive on roads before applying for driving test and license. We fear some police may catch us. I am fed up with driving laws.

Seeking Help APN settings not available for this user. Please help?

I'm a Jio 4G user. I want to do some experiments with my APN settings. I want to see what happens by changing APN. Unfortunately, I am unable to save edited APN. When I try to save it, it doesn't appears. It says "APN settings not available for this user". I have tried two methods (which I found on internet) but still failed. How do I successfully save edited APN settings?

My phone is Samsung A20 which I purchased in July 13, 2019.

Seeking Help How to port to Jio from Vi without going to Jio store?

It is my mom who wants to port to Jio. She has Vi (Vodafone-Idea). She is facing issues with Vi network. Her internet shows E signal instead of 4G very often and this happens daily. Frequent occurrence of E signal seems very disturbing.

She said she will port to Jio. There are no Jio stores near my home. It will be very good if it is possible to port to Jio by sitting at home.

We live in Dhawa (in Lucknow) currently. My mom never had ' E' signal problem when we used to live in Indira Nagar (Lucknow) 8 months back. My Jio is still working quite fine here.

Vi network frequently shows E signal daily

It is my mom who uses Vi 4G SIM. Me and my mom are fed up with this pathetic network issue in Vi network. My mom's phone frequently shows E signal and this happens daily. Even if you fix things in the settings, 4G signal gets replaced by E again and again and again after some time.

It seems like 4G signal remains absent 30-40% of the time. What is the use of having 4G service when E signal comes repeatedly. My Jio network is quite fine (below average).
