State-owned telecom service provider Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) yesterday issued a clarification regarding the recent withdrawal of plan voucher 429 (PV429) effective 31st August 2020. BSNL Tamil Nadu yesterday put out a clarification on the migration of customers who are using the now-discontinued plan voucher 429.
BSNL will be moving its customers in PV 429 (withdrawn plan) using STV 429, will be migrated to PV 94 along with STV freebies/validity on recharge of STV 429.
BSNL will however not extend the plan validity if customers in PV 429 are using any other STV 429. The plan validity won’t be extended since the PV 429 was withdrawn.
BSNL has also started offering the multiple recharge facility on STV 429 effective 2nd September 2020.
BSNL’s STV 429 offers unlimited free voice calls, 100 SMS per day free, 1GB data per day, access to Eros Now services with a validity of 81 days. The STV can be activated through C-Topup and web portal to enjoy Eros Now services since activation through self-care doesn’t offer the same.
