BSNL introduces FRC-249 on a promotional basis till 31st March 2021

State-owned telecom service provider Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has introduced First Recharge (FRC) 249 on a promotional basis starting 2nd March 2021 for the month of March 2021 under GSM prepaid mobile services. The prepaid plan is available across pan India on a promotional basis till 31st March 2021.

According to a BSNL Chennai tweet, BSNL’s FRC-249 will offer truly unlimited voice calling in Home LSA and National roaming including the MTNL network of Delhi and Mumbai, unlimited high speed-data with speed reduced to 40 Kbps after 2GB data per day. BSNL will offer 1GB data per day plus extra 1GB data per day for recharges done in the month of March 2021 along with 100 SMS per day. All the other terms and conditions of the prepaid plan will be as per PV107.

“It is hereby conveyed that a new FRC 249 (First Recharge) is introduced as a promotional offer w.e.f 02.03.2021- for the month of March 2021 under the GSM prepaid mobile services in Chennai Telephones (including TN Circle),” said BSNL Chennai in a circular.
