Apple, at its special event, announced the new iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini smartphones. The iPhone 12 is the successor of last year’s launched iPhone 11 smartphone. Both iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini comes in Black, Blue, (PRODUCT) Red, Grey, and White color options and runs iOS 14 out of the box. Both models are also rated IP68 under IEC standard 60529 for water and dust resistance.

Apple iPhone 12 features a 6.1‑inch (2532 x 1170 pixels) Super Retina XDR OLED display with support for wide color gamut (P3), HDR, True Tone, and brightness up to 1200 nits (typical 625 nits max). The phone is powered by an Apple A14 Bionic (5 nm) chip paired with quad-core graphics and 64GB, 128GB, or 256GB of storage. On the other hand, the iPhone 12 mini 64GB variant is priced at Rs. 69,900, and the 128GB storage variant cost Rs. 74,900. The top variant of the iPhone 12 mini with 256GB storage costs Rs. 84,900.
The iPhone 12 will be available to purchase through Apple Authorized Resellers in India, starting October 30, 2020, while the iPhone 12 mini will go on sale from November 13, 2020, in the country.
