Apple Back to School sale for this year is now live on the online Apple Store in India. Discounts under this offer scheme are available only for students and educators. It began on Friday, June 24 and will be available till September 22.
All current and new college, university students, parents buying for them and teaching staff at any level are eligible for this annual offer. Before claiming the discount, they have to verify their college or student ID through a third party ‘UniDays’.
MacBook Air
Both MacBook Air M1 and M2 are available under this offer with a flat Rs 10,000 discount. Eligible buyers can get MacBook Air M1 for Rs 89,900 (original price Rs 11,9900) while the MacBook Air M2 will cost Rs 1,09,900 (original price Rs 1,19,900).
The MacBook Air M1 comes with a 13.3-inch Retina display and M1 chip whereas the MacBook Air M2 sports a 13.6-inch Liquid Retina display and the M2 chip. MacBook Air M2 will be available to purchase from July onwards.
MacBook Pro
MacBook Pro comes in three screen sizes. The MacBook Pro 13-inch is listed with a Rs 10,000 discount for Rs 1,19,900. MacBook Pro 14-inch has a Rs 19,490 discount for students and it can be purchased for Rs 1,75,410.
MacBook Pro 16-inch is listed on the online Apple Store for Rs 2,15,910. The MacBook Pro 13-inch features an M2 chip whereas the MacBook Pro 14-inch and MacBook Pro 16-inch are powered by the M1 Pro chip.
iPad Air, iPad Air Pro
The latest iPad Air is available under offer starting at Rs 50,780 (original price Rs 54,900) while the discounted price of the iPad Air p ro starts from Rs. 68,300 (original price Rs 71,900).
On purchase of a MacBook or iPad during this offer, eligible customers will also get a free pair of AirPods along with a free 6-month subscription to Apple Music. These AirPods can be upgraded from AirPods Gen 2 to AirPods Gen 3 for Rs 6,400 or AirPods Pro for Rs 12,200.
