Xiaomi India launches ‘Pick Mi Up’ home pick-up service

The ‘Pick Mi Up’ service is priced at Rs 199 plus GST for both pick-up and drop-off. If users only need either pick-up or drop-off service, it costs Rs 99 plus GST.

Xiaomi India has launched a new service called ‘Pick Mi Up’ for its Xiaomi and Redmi smartphone users. Xiaomi ‘Pick Mi Up’ service aims to offer a convenient and hassle-free solution to users repairing their devices without the need to visit a service center.

“We’re committed to enhancing the convenience of our users’ lives at Xiaomi. Introducing #PickMiUp, an exclusive home pick-up service tailored for Xiaomi smartphones! Through #PickMiUp, we’re delivering our exceptional service directly to our users’ homes, ensuring they experience effortless device support and repairs without the need to step outside,” the company said.

To avail of the ‘Pick Mi Up’ service, users need to download the Xiaomi Service+ app and go to the Pick Mi option. Then, users will have to enter the necessary details and request a pick-up and drop-off service for their device. Furthermore, users can also use the app to schedule appointments, chat with a bot or a live agent, access self-help resources, and search for a nearby service center.

In addition, the Xiaomi Service+ app also allows users to check the prices of spare parts and the warranty information of their purchased devices. Users can also track their repair status through the Xiaomi Service+ app.

The pick-up and drop-off service is priced at Rs. 199 plus GST. If a user only needs either pick-up or drop-off service, it costs Rs. 99 plus GST. Users can download the Xiaomi Service+ app from the Google Play Store.
