Vu Cinema Smart TV 32-inch HD and 43-inch Full-HD models launched in India

Vu Televisions on Monday has launched 32-inch HD and 43-inch Ful-HD Cinema Smart TVs in India. Both models feature a bezel-less design with a 40W Front Soundbar at the bottom.

Vu Cinema Smart TV specifications

The Vu Cinema Smart TV 32-inch model features an HD (1366 x 768 pixels) Direct LED (DLED) display, and the 42-inch model features a Full-HD (1920 x1080 pixels) DLED display. Both models support HDR, adaptive luma control, noise reduction, PC mode, and game mode. Both TVs are powered by an octa-core processor paired with Mali470MP3 GPU, 1GB of RAM, and 8GB of internal storage. Picture mode supported are dynamic, standard, upscaler, cricket, movie, game, energy-saving, and user.

Both models come with a 40W Front Soundbar that supports Dolby Audio. Users can also connect an external speaker through ARC, SPDIF, or Bluetooth. Audio mode supported are standard, game, movie, music, news, stadium, and user.

Connectivity options included are Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi 2.4Ghz b/g/n, optical audio output, one earphone jack, one AV input, one ethernet port (RJ45), and one RF connector. The 32-inch model includes two HDMI port and one USB port, while the 43-inch model includes three HDMI port and two USB ports.

The TV runs Android Pie (9.0) OS out of the box and comes with preloaded apps that include Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Hotstar, YouTube, Google Play Store, browser, and more. The TV comes with a VU ACTIVOICE remote that has dedicated hotkeys for Amazon Prime Video, Hotstar, YouTube, Google Play, and Google Assistant.

Pricing and availability

The Vu Cinema Smart TV 32-inch (32UA) model is priced at Rs. 12,999, and the 43-inch (43UA) model is priced at Rs. 21,999. Both TVs are already listed on Flipkart and will go on sale on June 23, 12:00 AM.
