Vi launches four new prepaid plans with up to 31 days of validity

Vi (Vodafone Idea) has four new unlimited and combo prepaid plans for its users offering monthly validity of 30 days or 31 days following similar plan launches by competitors Reliance Jio and Bharti Airtel. 

Rs 327 and Rs 337 Unlimited Packs

The Rs 327 plan provides unlimited voice calls, 100 SMS per day and 25GB of high-speed data without any daily FUP limit for 30 days. Rs 337 plan also includes the same calling and SMS benefits but it offers 28GB of data and comes with 31 days of validity. With these plans, users get complimentary Vi Movies & TV Classic access.

Rs 107 and Rs 111 Combo Packs

Both of these plans are primarily to extend service validity and retain your existing number. The Rs 107 pack gives Rs 107 talktime balance and 200MB data for 30 days while the Rs 111 offers a Rs 111 talktime balance and 200MB data for 31 days. 

Outgoing SMS is not allowed with these plans and talktime validity expires after pack validity. All outgoing calls are charged from that balance at a rate of 1 Paisa per second. 

Prepaid plans with 30 days, 31 days, calendar month validity are being launched by all telecom operators since the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India had instructed to offer at least one plan with 30 days validity and a plan which renews on the same day of every month.
