Vi announces Republic Day offers with extra data and discounts on select prepaid plans

Telecom service provider Vodafone Idea (Vi) has announced a Republic Day offer for its prepaid customers to celebrate India’s 75th Republic Day. Vi prepaid customers can get extra data and instant discounts on select recharge plans through the Vi app.

Under the special Republic Day offer, Vi Rs. 3,099 annual prepaid plan is available at a discounted price of Rs. 3,024. Further, the plan includes 2GB of daily data, unlimited calling, and 100 SMS per day along with a validity of 365 days. Users will also get 50GB of extra data at no additional cost.

In addition, Vi is also offering discounts and additional data on the Rs. 1,449 semi-annual prepaid plan. Users can get the plan for a discounted price of Rs. 1,399. The plan offers 2GB of daily data, unlimited calling, and 100 SMS per day with a validity of 180 days. Vi prepaid customers will also get 30GB of extra data.

The telco is also offering an additional 0.5GB of daily data on the Rs. 181 plan. The plan comes with a validity of 30 days, and users will get a total of 1.5GB daily data.

Moreover, Vi is offering discounts of up to Rs. 50 on Rs. 179, Rs 195, Rs 199, and Rs 239 plans to let users upgrade to the Hero Unlimited 299 plan. Hero Unlimited plans offer unlimited night data, weekend data rollover, and other benefits.

To avail of the Republic Day offer, Vi customers will have to recharge through the Vi app. Customers recharging via retail outlets can get 50GB of additional data on Rs. 2,899 and Rs. 3,099 plans.
