India’s leading OTT platform Disney+ Hotstar bringing sixteen new and returning titles this September. On the film side, the platform will premiere Disney+ Original movie Secret Society of Second Born Royals starring Peyton Elizabeth Lee, Skylar Astin and Élodie Yung on September 25. The film follows Sam(Elizabeth Lee) and her new class of second-born royals who are tasked with saving the world.
On TV side, the platform will debut HBO/Sky Atlantic’s drama miniseries The Third Day starring Jude Law, Katherine Waterston and Naomie Harris on September 15. Disney+ unscripted originals Earth to Ned, Becoming and Nat Geo’s The Magic of Disney’s Animal Kingdom on September 4th, 18th and 25th respectively. Returning titles include HBO’s Lovecraft Country, HBO Asia’s Mandarin series Dream Raider and ShowTime’s adult animated comedy Our Cartoon President.

Disney+ Hotstar is the home to Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Lucasfilm (Star Wars), National Geographic, FX, ShowTime, HBO, Disney Television Studios, 20th Century Studios and Searchlight Pictures. Most of these Titles will be available on Disney+ Hotstar Premium which costs Rs299 monthly or Rs1499 annually.
Bro Also Wanted To Ask How Has The Disney+ Hotstar Priced In Indonesia.I Viewed nearly 200 INR per month & 1000 INR per year but do they have one pack containing every content or something like what is here like two packs.
Indonesian pricing they only have one plan like what Hotstar usually has Internationally. However they are offering some pack by partnering with Telekomsel for a limited period of time. Still they managed to have an aggressive pricing imo and targeted local audiences with their version of Multiplex, a new Indonesian movie every Friday for the first two months.
Will they have hotstar origanals for Indonesia like how here hotstar specials is.
They have announced 7 exclusive premieres for the first two months buddy which are dubbed as “Hotstar Originals”. Apart from that I don’t have any new info. But they will be creating new original content for Indonesian market, which will differentiate them from Netflix which had last week announced 2 originals, I guess which was the result of this service and its affordability for average Consumer.
