Amazon Prime Video India has announced twelve new and returning titles scheduled to premiere on the platform this January. The nine-part Indian Amazon original series “Tandav”, created and directed by Ali Abbas Zafar with Saif Ali Khan and Dimple Kapadia in the lead roles is set to premiere on January 15.
The platform is also set to bring One Night in Miami directed by Regina King which fictionalized the meeting of Malcolm X, Muhammad Ali, Jim Brown, and Sam Cooke in a Miami hotel room in February 1964 is set to premiere on January 15. Tamil direct to digital film, Maara starring Madhvan and Shraddha Srinath is scheduled to premiere on January 8.
On the television side, the platform set to bring the third season of Starz and Amazon’s original series “American Gods” on January 11 with new episodes every Monday. The adult animated CBS All Access original series Star Trek: Lower Decks is scheduled to premiere on January 22, three months after debuting on CBS All Access. The platform also set to bring new seasons of The CW shows All Americans and Legacies on January 19th and 22nd respectively.
