South Korean tech giant Samsung has launched the Galaxy A14 5G and the Galaxy A23 5G smartphones in India. The Galaxy A14 5G features a MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC, triple rear cameras, and a 5000mAh battery with 15W fast charging support. In contrast, the Galaxy A23 5G comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC, quad rear cameras, and supports 25W fast charging technology. Both smartphones run on the Android 13 operating system out of the box with One UI 5.0 customization on top. Further, they also come with a RAM Plus feature that virtually increases the RAM using onboard storage.

Samsung Galaxy A14 5G features a 6.6-inch full-HD+ (1080 x 2408 pixels) Infinity-V LCD with a 20:9 aspect ratio and a 90Hz refresh rate. The phone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 700 (7 nm) chipset paired with Mali-G57 MC2 GPU, up to 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM, and 128GB of onboard storage. The phone also supports a microSD card of up to 1TB via a dedicated slot for expandable storage.
In terms of optics, the Galaxy A14 5G sports a triple rear camera setup of a 50-megapixel primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture, a 2-megapixel depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor with f/2.4 aperture. For selfies and video calls, the phone has a 13-megapixel sensor on the front with an f/2.0 aperture lens. The Samsung Galaxy A14 5G is priced at Rs. 16,499 for the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variant, while the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage model costs Rs. 18,999. Further, the top variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant costs Rs. 20,999. The phone comes in Dark Red, Light Green, and Black color options.
On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy A23 5G is priced at Rs. 22,999 for the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant, while the top variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage costs Rs. 24,999. The phone comes in Silver, Light Blue, and Orange color options.
The phones will be available to purchase via Samsung exclusive and partner stores, Samsung India e-store, and other e-commerce websites in the country starting January 20, 2023. It will also be available via Live Commerce on Samsung.com on January 18, 2023, from 12 PM onwards.
