  1. One of the worst services. I had booked for service visit by paying 1000 inr. Post that on feb 28th 2024 one person visited and took 6 months subscription amount for booking. Post that their team visited once and found that the terrace box is not available in my building and it needs to be installed to provide connection. Post that I had to make multiple calls to get my amount refund. Finally I got refund of 6 months subscription in 1st week of May 2024.
