I was using Railwire internet services. Very worst service as well as very worst customer care / response. Frequently interrupted. Customer care will not respond. LCO will not even lift the calls to attend the querries from customers. That’s why I switched over to another service provider
I checked in official website of Railwire, but still not updated, also enquired nearby Railwire ISP in my area in Chennai, they said, the plans are not officially announced, it was in process. I have thought of considering other network, but this news gave me hope.
Railwire usually doesn’t update its website. You can find both sides of the pamphlet here.
