Poco is set to launch the Poco F2 Pro globally on May 12, the company announced on Twitter. The online event will start at 8 PM GMT (1.30 AM IST). According to the leaked specifications and rumors, the Poco F2 Pro is the rebranded variant of Redmi K30 Pro.
The Poco F2 Pro is expected to feature a 6.67-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display with HDR10+ support. The phone will run on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 (7 nm+) chipset paired with Adreno 650. The smartphone will come in two variants, the base variant will have 6GB RAM and 128GB storage, while the top variant will have 8GB RAM and 256GB storage.
The Poco F2 Pro will sport a quad-rear camera setup of 64MP primary sensor, 5MP telephoto, 13MP ultrawide, and 2MP depth sensor. The phone will have a 20Mp motorized pop-up camera for taking selfies. The smartphone will come with a 4700 mAh non-removable battery that will support 33W fast charging technology.
Connectivity features will include dual-band wifi, Bluetooth 5.1, 4G LTE, 5G SA/NSA, 3.5mm audio jack, and USB Type-C port. The phone is expected to run MIUI 11 based on Android 10 out of the box. The phone will be available in Grey, Purple, White, and Blue color options. The Poco F2 Pro is rumored to cost EUR 570, which is around Rs. 47,200 for the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant.
