Nokia has launched the Nokia T21 tablet in India. The device features a 10.36-inch 2K display with SGS Low Blue Light Certification, octa-core Unisoc T612 SoC, an 8-megapixel rear camera, stereo speakers, two microphones, an 8200mAh battery, and runs on Android 12 operating system out of the box. The company also promises to deliver two OS upgrades and three years of monthly security updates.

Nokia T21 specifications

The Nokia T21 features a 10.36-inch 2K (1200 x 2000 pixels) LCD with a 5:3 aspect ratio and brightness up to 360 nits. The display also comes with SGS Low Blue Light Certification and Widevine L1 for Netflix HD support. The device is powered by an octa-core Unisoc T612 chipset paired with Mali-G57 GPU, 4GB of LPDDR4 RAM, and 64GB of onboard storage. It also supports a microSD card of up to 512GB for expandable storage.

In terms of optics, the Nokia T21 sports a single rear camera setup of an 8-megapixel auto-focus sensor with LED flash. For taking selfies and making video calls, the tablet has an 8-megapixel fixed-focus sensor on the front. The device packs a non-removable 8200mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging (PD 3.0) technology. It is claimed to deliver up to three days of battery life on a single charge.

Connectivity options include dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth version 5.0, GPS/ A-GPS/ Glonass/ Galileo, 4G LTE with calling support (optional), a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB Type-C 2.0 port for charging and OTG. Sensors include an accelerometer, ambient light, and a hall sensor. Lastly, the device measures 247.5 x 157.3 x 7.5 mm and weighs 466 grams.

The Nokia T21 is priced at Rs. 17,999 for the Wi-Fi only variant, while the cellular and Wi-Fi model costs Rs. 18,999. The device comes in a Charcoal Grey color option and will be available to purchase via Nokia.com and retail stores in India starting January 22, 2023. The Nokia T21 is currently available for pre-booking on Nokia.com. Pre-booing offers include Rs. 1000 off and a free flip cover worth Rs. 1999.
