Nokia C12 Pro with 6.3-inch HD+ display, 4000mAh battery launched in India

HMD Global has launched a new entry-level smartphone in India called the Nokia C12 Pro. The phone features a 6.3-inch HD+ display, octa-core Unisoc SC9863A1 SoC, 4000mAh battery, and runs on the Android 12 (Go Edition) operating system. Nokia C12 Pro has a metallic finish and a 3D pattern on the back for a comfortable grip. The phone also offers 2GB of additional virtual RAM for enhanced multitasking. Further, it comes with an IP52 rating for dust and splash resistance.

Nokia C12 Pro specifications

The Nokia C12 Pro features a 6.3-inch HD+ (1600 × 720 pixels) IPS display with a 20:9 aspect ratio and a 60Hz refresh rate. The phone is powered by an octa-core Unisoc SC9863A1 chipset paired with IMG8322 GPU, up to 3GB of RAM, and 64GB of eMMC 5.1 onboard storage. It also supports a microSD card via a dedicated slot for expandable storage.

Nokia C12 Pro sports a single rear camera setup of an 8-megapixel primary sensor with an LED flash. Moreover, the phone includes a 5-megapixel selfie camera housed in the waterdrop notch display. Nokia C12 Pro is equipped with a 4000mAh removable battery that supports 10W charging.

Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 5.2, 4G VoLTE, GPS, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a micro USB 2.0 port. Lastly, the phone measures 74.3 x 160.6 x 8.75 mm and weighs around 177 grams.

Pricing and availability

The Nokia C12 Pro is priced at Rs. 6,999 for the base variant with 2GB RAM and 64GB storage, while the top variant with 3GB RAM and 64GB storage costs Rs. 7,999. The phone comes in Dark Cyan, Charcoal, and Light Mint color options and is available via the Nokia e-store, e-commerce platforms, and retail stores in India.
