Micromax on Tuesday, April 26 launched its latest budget smartphone the Micromax In 2c in India. This is the second headset from the Indian company after Micromax In Note 2 which was unveiled in January.
Specifications
The Micromax In 2c comes with a 6.52-inch IPS HD+ LCD panel with 720×1,600 pixels resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio, a pixel density of 263ppi, support for 16 million colours and 420 nits of peak brightness.
It is powered by an octa-core Unisoc T610 SoC paired with 3GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 32GB of eMMC 5.1 internal storage that supports further expansion up to 256GB via a microSD card (dedicated slot).
There is a dual-camera setup on the back consisting of an 8-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.8 aperture and a secondary depth sensor. On the front, a 5-megapixel camera sensor is provided for selfies and video calling.
It packs a 5,000mAh battery that supports regular 10W charging and the compatible power brick is included in the box. Fingerprint sensor is not there. Connectivity options of this device include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Pricing and Availability
The Micromax In 2c is priced at Rs. 8,499 for the lone 3GB RAM + 32GB model but under an introductory offer, it will be available to purchase at Rs. 7,499. It will be available in Brown and Silver colours with sale starting May 1 through Flipkart and the company’s official site.
