Telecom giant Reliance Jio on Friday announced that all Jio customers will continue to receive incoming calls so that as to ensure that every Jio user remains connected during the lockdown. It has also announced that its recharge outlets will open starting April 20.

Jio has said that the move will not only help low-income users but also help those unable to do a recharge during these challenging times. MyJio and Jio.com will also help keep every Jio user connected.

Jio.com and MyJio app remain operational round the clock to ensure that the recharges, service queries, and requests are resolved. Jio will also restart physical recharges come April 20. The majority of the recharge outlets will start opening post April 20.

Third-party recharges via Amazon, PhonePe, PayTM, Google Pay, Mobikwik, and Freecharge are also available as an option for customers. Jio had also earlier introduced the Jio Associate Program via the JioPOS Lite app. Jio users can recharge for their friends, family or anyone else using the JioPOS Lite app and earn a commission of 4.166%.

Jio users can also recharge through ATM, through SMS with Axis and HDFC Bank or have Jio assisted recharge from Jio retailers.
